Based in Lancashire though we travel Nationwide. Our Head Chef/Owner has over twenty years experience of working within most aspects of the catering industry including hotels, restaurants, outside catering and TV & Film location catering.
Catering
We can cater for all party sizes and all types of events including weddings, corporate events, private parties etc.
We offer a variety of spitroasts including pork, lamb, beef, chicken and turkey. You can choose from a variety of menu options from a basic hog roast through to full wedding menus with canapes, starters & desserts also included. We are happy to cater to special dietery needs including Kosher & Halal meat.

Our Produce
All of our produce is fresh and locally sourced. Our meat complies with all British standards and is sourced from local farms within the North West.
