Roast Catering Chef, assistant & waiting on staff to arrive on site approximately six hours prior to your chosen serve time.

All dished to be prepared fesh on site while your chosen meat is cooking.

Lay all tables with real crockery & napkins.

As guests arrive canapés will be served by experienced waiting staff.
Roast Catering Ltd is also happy to serve a reception drink as well
(provided by you).

The main course will be served buffet style, the chef will carve your chosen meat as waiting on staff serve vartious other dishes.

Wedding cake will be sliced, dressed and served buffet style.
We are happy to serve champagne (provided by yourselves) at this point for toasts drinks.

(If you require tea, coffee & mints this comes as an additional extra)

All of our rubbish to be cleared discretely off site by Roast Catering staff.
