TV & Film Location Catering

Peter has over fifteen years experience of working within the TV & film industry. Most recent shoots include Coronation Street 'A Knights Tale', Room at the Top, Just Henry and Sightseers plus various commercials and pop promos. The catering that we offer consists of running beverages all day, full English breakfast, breakfast buffet, mid-morning snack, choice of hot & cold lunches with a wide selction of salads & nibbles, cheeseboard, selection of desserts, afternoon tea break sandwiches, cakes & chocolate, fresh fruit baskets can be provided on request.

Kitchens

Our kitchens are fully equipped to cater 30-300 people. They are self drive with onboard LPG, power and water hook-up, intergral fresh water tanks and waste water tanks (waste water on one kitchen only but we have waste pipes for the other kitchen that can be directed to a drain).

Support Vehicles

We have a support vehicle for each kitchen which can be used to transport food and drink to set via hot boxes for running lunches if needed and hot drinks dispensers to provide running drinks all day.

About Us

Based in Lancashire though we travel Nationwide. Our Head Chef/Owner Peter Cross has over twenty years experience of working within most aspects of the catering industry including hotels, restaurants, outside catering and TV & Film location catering.

Prices for each shoot are quoted individually to accomodate budgets and requirements.

Our Staff

All of our staff are fully trained, smartly dressed, polite, friendly and ready to cater to your every need.

Our Produce

All of our produce is fresh and locally sourced. Our meat complies with all British standards and is sourced from local farms within the North West.Our butcher at Roaming Roosters rears his own free range chickens, free range Gloucester Old Spot pigs,and lamb.
